3.3 Third-party fundraising in the foundation’s name requires prior written permission.

4. Use of Content & Branding

4.1 All logos, images, text, and content associated with the foundation are protected and cannot be used without prior approval.
4.2 Any unauthorized use of the foundation’s name, branding, or identity for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Events & Programs

5.1 Participation in foundation events is voluntary, and attendees must respect the rules and conduct set by the organization.
